Following the success of the previous year’s event, Prompt Therapy Solutions engaged SG3 Events to lead the planning and design of their next annual customer experience—this time with even greater expectations. With attendance anticipated to nearly double to over 700 guests, the goal was to build upon the momentum of what had become one of the most talked-about events in their industry.

With a science-driven concept, Prompt Labs, the vision was to create a more immersive, high-impact experience—one that pushed the boundaries of storytelling, scale, and engagement while delivering a seamless guest journey from start to finish.

the Opportunity

SG3 Events led the planning, design, and execution of the experience, working in close collaboration with the Prompt team to bring their creative vision to life while ensuring every detail was seamlessly integrated across the guest journey.

To elevate the experience, we intentionally shifted the event offsite—designing a fully immersive journey that began the moment guests boarded shuttle transportation. From there, the storytelling unfolded in phases, guiding attendees through a series of curated moments that blurred the line between event and production.

Upon arrival, guests entered a theatrical decontamination experience, complete with interactive elements, environmental effects, and branded touchpoints that immediately immersed them in the “Prompt Labs” narrative. Throughout the venue, large-scale projection environments and immersive digital screens anchored the space, transforming it into a dynamic, high-energy setting.

We layered in interactive food and beverage moments, branded installations, and live entertainment—including a full band and synchronized LED wristbands—to create a cohesive, multi-sensory experience.
